By using InviteForYou — creating, publishing, editing or replying to an invitation — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy an invitation.

An animated invitation website for your event, with a link to share, replies (RSVPs), a guest list, maps, a printable card and more, in English and Tamil.

We keep improving InviteForYou, so features and designs may change over time. We will not remove what you have paid for from a live invitation without good reason.

There are no accounts. After you pay, you receive a private edit link — it is the only key to edit your invitation and see your guest list. Keep it safe and do not share it.

Anyone with your edit link can change your invitation. If you lose it, contact us with your payment ID and the phone number you gave; we will help once we can confirm it is yours.

Everything you add — names, text, photos, music — stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to anyone who has your invitation's link, only to run the service.

You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, and the agreement of the people you name or show.

Do not use InviteForYou for anything unlawful, hateful, obscene, misleading or harmful; to impersonate someone; to send spam; or to upload malware.

Do not try to break, overload, copy or scrape the service, or misuse your guests' information.

Guests can reply, leave a blessing and add photos without signing up. The invitation's owner can see replies and guest phone numbers in the private guest list.

We may remove guest content that breaks these terms, and the owner can ask us to remove anything from their invitation.

Publishing an invitation costs ₹199, paid once through Razorpay — no subscription. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Editing afterwards is free.

An invitation stays live until 10 days after its event date. You can renew an ended invitation for 30 more days for ₹50.

Your invitation is created and delivered the moment you pay, so payments are generally not refundable once it is published.

We give a full refund if you were charged twice, if you paid but your invitation was not published and we cannot fix it within 48 hours, or if a serious fault on our side we cannot fix stops your invitation from working. Ask within 7 days of paying, with your payment ID.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. There is nothing to cancel later — you can simply stop using the service.

We work hard to keep InviteForYou running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted — for example during maintenance or an outage at one of our providers.

Please keep your own copies of anything important, like your photos.

Some features rely on other services with their own terms: Razorpay (payments), WhatsApp (sharing), Google Maps (directions), and OpenStreetMap, Wikipedia and Wikidata (map search and places nearby).

Travel and place suggestions are filled in automatically — please check them before sharing. Train timings are yours to add and confirm.

The templates, animations, illustrations, code and the InviteForYou name belong to us. You may use them for your own invitation, but not copy, resell or reuse them elsewhere.

InviteForYou is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses — such as a guest missing a message — and our total responsibility for any invitation is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

We may hide or remove an invitation, or content in it, that breaks these terms or the law, or when legally required. Where we can, we will tell you first and explain why.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — most things can be sorted out quickly. Any dispute that remains will be decided by the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
